INTERNAL RULES and RENTAL CONDITIONS

Supplement to the general conditions of seasonal rental

To all our tenants

So that your conditions of stay are the most pleasant, that the guarantee of safety and hygiene is maximum for all, and that the installations, which we wanted the best for you, are preserved for the longest time, we ask you to read these rules carefully and agree to comply with them.


The following points must be observed and respected:

Art 1: Obligations
Any person who has not accepted the said regulations by signing at the bottom of the copy given by the owner does not have the right of access to the accommodation designated in his contract.

Art 2: Schedules
Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 4 p.m.
Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 12:00 p.m.

Art 3: Occupancy

The tenants occupy the premises personally, according to the number of people stipulated on the contract, as a "good father".
Any visit by people outside the establishment will be subject to the assessment of the owners, who may then require an additional financial contribution.
The corresponding form must then be completed and signed by both parties.

Parking spaces are limited to A per dwelling. Additional vehicles are prohibited on the property.

Art 4:
The facilities are provided to you in working order. Any complaint occurring more than 2 days after the entry into enjoyment of the premises, cannot be accepted. Likewise, please immediately report any loss, breakage or deterioration, solutions could perhaps be envisaged during your stay and your deposit would thus be guaranteed.

The bedspreads, duvets, fancy cushion covers, other than pillowcases, are decorative elements. They must be treated as such, it is forbidden to throw them on the ground, to take them outside the accommodation.

Art 5:
Habitation Pineau is a place of calm and rest. Tenants have an obligation to ensure the
Tranquility of their neighborhood. Day and night, excessive noise of all kinds is to be avoided (shouts, knocking, musical instruments, radios, readers, television, etc.) The owners reserve the right to call to order any behavior they will deem harmful for the establishment and its occupants and if necessary to take sanctions.
Silence is required from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Art 6: Smokers
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. Under the furnished verandas, you will find an ashtray.

Art 7: Animals
Animals are not accepted, except those living on the site. It is also forbidden to bring them into the furnished accommodation.

Art 8: Jacuzzi regulations:
The owners remind the users of the jacuzzi of the absence of supervision of the jacuzzi, consequently this is the responsibility of adults vis-à-vis all the tenants registered in their contract.

Any user of the jacuzzi must be covered by defense and recourse liability insurance and acknowledges releasing the owners from any liability in terms of security related to the supervision of all persons participating in the stay.

-The jacuzzi is an accessory intended for rest and relaxation, primarily for adults. It is in no way a paddling pool where the youngest will come to splash around.
Any child under 16, unaccompanied by an adult parent, is not allowed to access the jacuzzi. Babies must be equipped with special nappies. They must be under the supervision of a responsible adult who knows how to swim (in order to avoid any risk of accident, we ask you to watch young children in particular). Under no circumstances should children be left alone at the edge of the pool. If applicable for swimming

–Jacuzzi users undertake:
-To take a shower before bathing to remove all traces of sunscreen and sand.

– It is forbidden to: dive, throw or push someone into the water,
-To use soap or any other similar product in the basin.
-To splash the participants in the swim,-
- To shout and organize violent games.
-To urinate in water.
-To throw objects, stones, or any other thing in the water. (Any material damaged or destroyed will be invoiced to the manager).
-To clutter the jacuzzi with inflatable or potentially dangerous objects (balloon games or Frisbee prohibited)
-To consume food, drink or smoke in the jacuzzi.

Art 9:

–The owners, on singular or repeated breaches of one of the articles, may pronounce the sanctions they deem appropriate in order to restore the proper functioning of the establishment
. Depending on the case, they may demand financial compensation, immediate exclusion, or withdrawal of the authorizations they have previously granted without compensation of any kind.

Art 10:
These regulations may be modified at any time by the owner, without notice. The tenant may not demand any compensation or reimbursement whatever the damage suffered.

Art 11: Cleaning

The cleaning of the vacation spot must be carried out by the tenant at the end of each stay, independently of the final cleaning carried out by the owner.
Cleaning involves taking out all trash and leftovers from the kitchen, doing the dishes and putting them away, cleaning the hobs and the fridge, the bathroom and the toilets as well as sweeping the floor thoroughly. whole house/apartment.
Garbage cans will be placed in the container located at the bottom of the property, selective sorting is no longer required.

On the day of departure, Habitation Pineau reserves the right to carry out a control and inspection of the house. If the cleaning has not been done in good and due form, Habitation Pineau can increase the tenant's bill, or deduct it from the deposit. If the holiday location should not be in immaculate condition when you leave, please let us know without delay, so that we can take the appropriate measures.
